My Story
I’m Richard Macias, founder of WARPATH Fitness, husband, father of four, and online fitness coach.
Years ago, I was overweight, battling addiction, and living without purpose. I knew I was capable of more, but I had to make a decision to stop making excuses and start taking responsibility for my life. Through faith, discipline, and consistency, I transformed not only my body, but my mindset and my future.
Today, my mission is to help busy men do the same.
At WARPATH Fitness, I don’t believe in quick fixes or crash diets. I believe in building strong bodies, disciplined minds, and leaders who can show up for their faith, their families, and themselves. My coaching is built around sustainable nutrition, effective training, accountability, and creating habits that last a lifetime.
